Bumpy road for Hammerschmidt enforcement

At the beginning of the legislative session, Rep. Don Calloway (pictured), D-St. Louis County, offered a bill naming a portion of St. Louis-area Interstate 64 after late St. Louis Cardinals broadcaster Jack Buck. After fits and starts, the measure eventually found a home in a bill aimed at altering judiciary regulations.
