St. Charles County court starts video arraignments

Video arraignments are now possible between the circuit court and county jail in St. Charles County.
Officials say the system, which cost $65,000 to set up, should save time and money.
Circuit Judge William Lohmar, who has conducted five video arraignments, said the system is “a win-win situation for everyone.”
