Criminal Law: Post-Conviction Relief – Timeliness

Where a defendant, who filed a pro se motion for post-conviction relief, argued that the mandatory deadline was “arbitrary” and denied him due process, the time limits for filing such motions have been upheld as valid and fair, so dismissal of the motion is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
