SNR Denton promotes new partners in St. Louis, Kansas City

SNR Denton announced today the election of 17 new partners, including one partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, Charles Vantine, and two in Kansas City, Andrea M. Kimball and Jessica M. Norris.

Vantine has represented all types of construction industry clients in claims-related and transactional matters. He has handled complex issues and multi-party litigation at the state, federal and appellate level, as well as in the alternative dispute resolution forum. He earned his J.D from St. Louis University in 2003.

Kimball has extensive experience practicing business litigation, intellectual property, computer privacy, real estate litigation, product liability, pharmaceutical, trade secret, employment and non-competition agreement litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1997.

Norris specializes in mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities regulation, corporate governance and general corporate law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri in 2002.
