Lauren Collins, Leader of Tomorrow

My brother was 9 at the time I got accepted into law school, and he said that "black people do not go to law school." That was shocking to me because in our house we have never made a difference between what blacks and whites do. After his comment, I knew it was important for me to show all three of my siblings that your race has nothing to do with the path you choose to follow.
