HeplerBroom adds partner, associate to St. Louis office

Glenn E. Davis has joined HeplerBroom in the St. Louis office as a partner.  Joining Glenn is associate attorney J. Austin Moore. Davis was formerly litigation chair of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman.

Davis is a well-known and accomplished trial and appellate attorney who engages in complex business counseling and litigation matters, including antitrust, contract, franchise, intellectual property, non-compete, insurance, securities, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes, RICO and general business ligation, including MDL proceedings and class actions.  He is a 1982 graduate of Washington University School of Law and served as notes & comments editor on the law review.

Moore concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust and class action litigation, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  He is a 2011 graduate of Washington University School of Law where he was an editor of the Journal of Law and Policy and recipient of the Mary Collier Hitchcock Prize for outstanding legal writing. He is also a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi.
