State Sen. Jim Lembke acquitted of red-light camera violation
City now uses a different notification system

State Sen. Jim Lembke fought the law — and won. On Monday, St. Louis Associate Circuit Judge Theresa Counts Burke acquitted Lembke, R-St. Louis County, of the charge of violating the city’s red-light camera ordinance. She also acquitted another defendant, Nicholas Pateri, of the same charge.
