Commentary: The right’s quest for judicial supremacy

These are tough times for the judicial branches of our state and nation. In the U.S. Supreme Court, it appears that political pundits may have captured the language of constitutional debate. In Missouri, special interests want to change selection of judges to let politicians have more influence.
