Insurance company secures defense win 
Plaintiff alleged breach of duty when policy didn’t pay

After years of litigation, a St. Louis jury took less than 30 minutes to deliver a defense verdict in favor of an insurance company, rejecting a plaintiff’s claim the company failed to meet its duties when it refused to pay an anticipated death benefit.
