Polsinelli Shughart adds attorney to Springfield office

Polsinelli Shughart welcomes Dwayne A. Fulk as shareholder who will focus on business, real estate, technology and international law matters. Fulk represents clients ranging from individuals to corporations in a wide variety of industries including technology, manufacturing and tourism.

Fulk concentrates on business and real estate transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance and development, franchise and distribution, international transactions, entity formation and start-up, bank lending (representing either the bank or the borrower) and software development and licensing.

Fulk earned his law degree and an LL.M. in international and comparative law from Duke University School of Law, and earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Missouri State University in International Affairs. He studied in London as part of his undergraduate studies and in Brussels, Belgium for his LL.M. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
