Two St. Louis circuit judges, lawyer chosen as finalists for appellate court vacancy

On Wednesday, the Appellate Judicial Commission sent to Gov. Jay Nixon its list of three nominees: Judge Michael P. David, Erwin O. Switzer and Judge Lisa Van Amburg. The vacancy is due to the August retirement of Judge Kenneth M. Romines.
