St. Louis attorney Chet Pleban may be “the new kid on the block” in the tabloid-friendly situation unfolding in Valley Park, but he said he aims to thoroughly investigate claims against the city’s beleaguered mayor, Nathan Grellner, and the temporarily suspended city attorney, Eric Martin.
