Draper, Teitelman have agreed in 10 of 12 divided cases; junior judge faces voters in Nov.

In his first year on the Missouri Supreme Court, Judge George W. Draper III has helped create the court’s newest voting bloc. An analysis of Draper’s voting record shows that he nearly always votes similarly to Chief Justice Richard Teitelman. In fact, the two judges have disagreed on just two cases since Gov. Jay Nixon named Draper to the bench last year.
