Civil Litigation Associate
St. Louis Metro-East law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate to handle complex litigation matters in Missouri and Illinois. The firm’s expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of complex toxic tort cases, product liability, class actions, and local government law. The firm is looking for a candidate with two to five years litigation experience.
Responsibilities include conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, drafting discovery and pleadings, and trial preparation and support. Must be capable of independent work and have strong research and writing skills. Must be able to multi-task and work in an organized and efficient manner. Must be licensed in Illinois and preferably also Missouri.

COUNTY COUNSELOR
St. Charles County, MO: Advise County Departments & Boards and represents the County before state and federal courts. Conducts all civil law business of the County. Supervises professional and paraprofessional office staff. Reports directly to County Executive. Attractive environment, paid benefits, and retirement. Starting Salary Range: $112,719-$143,717 DOQ. Reqs JD and MO license. 5 years law practice required (ten preferred). Civil trial experience strongly preferred. Experience with Government legal office preferred. Must be a resident of St. Charles County within one hundred twenty (120) days of appointment and retain residency throughout time served in office.
