Husch Blackwell Sanders Partner Maury B. Poscover is heading up the board of a national continuing legal education nonprofit.
Poscover recently was elected president of the board of directors of American Law Institute-American Bar Association. He started his four-year term in May.
Poscover, who is in Husch Blackwell’s St. Louis office, represents commercial financial institutions in structuring loans, developing strategies, handling financial restructurings, and providing advice on lender liability avoidance.
