The Kansas City Alliance Against Human Trafficking has opened a bank account to collect donations for the victim in a recent human trafficking case.
Contributors should make checks payable to the Kansas City Alliance Against Human Trafficking, which is the head of the victim services arm of the Coalition Against Human Trafficking. The memo line of the check should read: Female Victim (FV) — United States v. Bagley, et al.
The checks can be mailed to the Kansas City Alliance Against Human Trafficking, P.O Box 29110, Kansas City, MO 64152.
Edward Bagley Sr., 43, of Lebanon; Dennis Henry, 50, of Wheatland; and James Noel, 44, of Springfield, are accused of sexually torturing a young woman over several years. They have pleaded not guilty to federal charges.
