County courts closed Friday; Dooley, advisers to meet Saturday about next week

Listen to this articleThe St. Louis County Courts Building will remain closed on Friday. It is not known if the building will reopen on Monday as planned.
According to Director of Judicial Administration Paul Fox, County Executive Charlie Dooley will meet with key advisers at 2 p.m. on Saturday to determine whether government buildings will remain closed next week.
All hearings and trials are still canceled by on a day-by-day basis.
Judge Gloria Clark Reno’s swearing-in ceremony on Friday has been moved to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 7750 Carondelet Ave. in Clayton. Reno has been named a circuit judge for the St. Louis County Circuit Court. The investiture will begin at 3:30 p.m.
