Domestic Relations: Divorce – Motion to Modify – Attorney Fees

Even though an ex-husband prevailed on his motion to modify maintenance and custody of his college-aged child, he could still be ordered to pay $50,000 towards his ex-wife’s attorneys fees because she successfully appealed the trial court’s rulings twice on other rulings including findings regarding her income.

Judgment is affirmed.
