Appellate Practice: Criminal Case – Pro Se Appeal – Finality Of Judgment

Where a criminal defendant appealed the denial of his pro se motion asking for a judge to be assigned and his case “published to record,” there was no final judgment for purposes of appeal, so the appeal is dismissed.
