Criminal Law: Post-Conviction Relief – Rule 29.15 – Findings

Where a defendant filed a pro se motion under Rule 74.06(b)(4) asking the court to vacate a judgment on the grounds that the court failed to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law, Rule 74.06(b)(4) cannot be used to vacate a judgment on the grounds of a failure to comply with Rule 29.15(j) under the circumstances alleged in the pro se motion.

Judgment is affirmed.
