Even though a trial court erred in allowing a witness in an assault case to testify about statements the defendant made to her in connection with a guilty plea, which was later withdrawn, the error was not so prejudicial as to be outcome determinative, so the judgment and sentence are affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
