Robert Cantwell and Michael Adrian
Two former Gallop partners are now practicing at Lathrop & Gage in St. Louis.
The firm announced Tuesday the addition of Robert Cantwell and Michael Adrian to the firm’s corporate department. Cantwell joins as a partner while Adrian is of counsel.
The firm said the new hires “will broaden the resources available to business clients while enhancing the regulatory, lending and business transaction services offered by the firm.”
Cantwell focuses on corporate and regulatory law with an emphasis on gaming, banking, franchise, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and business transaction services, the firm said in its announcement.
Adrian has corporate law experience assisting entrepreneurs, privately held businesses and publicly traded corporations on a variety of issues.
Both lawyers were partners at the Gallop firm in St. Louis before joining Lathrop & Gage. Last week, Polsinelli Shughart announced the addition of Richard Yawitz, another former Gallop lawyer.
