Criminal Law: Sentencing – Enhancement – Felony Stealing

Where a defendant challenged the enhancement of a stealing offense from a class A misdemeanor to a class C felony, Section 570.030.8 provides for the enhancement, and the state’s information was sufficient to apprise the defendant of the facts constituting the crime charged and to allow him to prepare an adequate defense, and sufficient evidence supported the offense charged.

Judgment is affirmed.
