Workers’ Compensation: Appellate Review – Final Award

Where an employer appealed an award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission that was denominated as a “final award allowing compensation,” the order was not a final award subject to appeal because the order expressly found that there were outstanding issues remaining that required a remand for additional evidence, so the appeal is dismissed.

Appeal is dismissed.
