Civil Practice: Order Of Protection – Stalking – Evidence

Where a woman who sought an order of protection against a former roommate testified that the woman struck her, the order was supported by substantial evidence on the basis of abuse, and the woman was not required to prove an immediate and present danger.

Judgment is affirmed.
