Criminal Law: Post-Conviction Relief – Effectiveness Of Counsel – Abandonment

Where a defendant argued that his post-conviction counsel abandoned him when counsel filed a statement in lieu of an amended motion and did not raise a claim of prosecutorial vindictiveness, the claim was not presented to the motion court, so it was not reserved for appeal, and the defendant did not show abandonment by counsel.

Judgment is affirmed.
