Where a father appealed the termination of his parental rights, the father’s positive behavior in maintaining acceptable housing and attempting to maintain contact was outweighed by his failure to be in consistent contact with the child despite the opportunity to do so and by the father’s failure to follow through with counseling and parenting classes, so substantial evidence supported the findings of abuse or neglect and that the father failed to rectify the situation.
Judgment is affirmed.
