Indiana Supreme Court rules abusive husband’s pokes caused ‘bodily injury’

A husband caused “bodily injury” for the purpose of domestic battery when he shoved his wife and repeatedly poked her in the forehead with his finger, the Indiana Supreme Court has ruled in reinstating a conviction.
