Appellate Practice: Rule 84.04 – Inadequate Brief

Stephanie Maniscalco//December 23, 2012

Where an appellate brief filed by plaintiffs and intervenors did not fairly and concisely state the facts, did not meet the requirements for points relied on and the argument section was also deficient, the brief failed to comply with Rule 84.04, so the appeal is dismissed.

Appeal is dismissed.
