Where a parenting plan was not described with any particularity and was not attached to a judgment in an action to modify child support and custody, and there was no evidence that the parenting plan was filed with the trial court, the judgment as to custody was not final for purposes of appeal, so the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
Appeal is dismissed.
