Criminal Law : Drug Conspiracy – Sufficiency Of Evidence

Where a former conspirator in a drug case identified defendant as the other party on recorded calls during drug transactions, and officers also testified about their investigation and wiretap, the evidence was sufficient to support the convictions, which are affirmed over the defendant’s remaining challenges.

Judgment is affirmed.
