Unemployment Compensation : Overpayment – Conflicting Evidence

Where a claimant appealed an order concluding that she had been overpaid unemployment benefits, the judgment is reversed and remanded because the commission failed to make findings concerning conflicting evidence.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
