Social Security : Disability Benefits – Overpayment – Waiver Of Recovery

Where a recipient of Social Security disability benefits challenged the order that he repay an overpayment of benefits, the commissioner properly found that the recipient was not entitled to a waiver of recovery of the benefits based on findings by the administrative law judge that he had the ability to repay considering his income and that of his spouse and that he would be working more hours in the future.

Judgment is affirmed.
