Where tenants challenged a trial court’s grant of summary judgment to a landlord for immediate possession of a house occupied by tenants on the landlords’ claim of unlawful detainer, language stating that if either of the tenants did not live in the home for 60 continuous days was not ambiguous and authorized the landlords to terminate the lease after one of the tenants died.
Judgment is affirmed.
