Negligence : Slip And Fall – Icy Parking Lot – ‘General Condition’

Where a plaintiff broke her leg when she fell in an icy parking lot, summary judgment for the defendants in her negligence actions is reversed and remanded because the defendants did not establish that the ice and snow was a general condition since the record showed that parts of the lot were clear at the time as were other businesses.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
