Insurance : Flood Coverage – Proof Of Loss Form – Condition Precedent

Where a homeowner who suffered flood loss failed to submit the one-page proof of loss form required by the federal standard flood insurance policy, the homeowner failed to satisfy the condition precedent to coverage, so judgment is reversed and remanded for entry in favor of the insurer.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
