Insurance : Fire Loss – Jury Instructions

Where homeowners who sought coverage for fire loss challenged jury instructions on the issue of their alleged misrepresentations in the content list submitted to the insurer, the district court did not err in treating the insurer’s counterclaim and defense to the homeowners’ affirmative claims as separate matters to be covered by different jury instructions, and the homeowners did not show that the instructions misstated Missouri law, so judgment for the insurer is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
