Appellate Practice : Judgments – Finality – Pending Claim

Where an appellant challenged a trial court ruling denying his request to set aside a summary judgment against him in a real property case, the appeal must be dismissed for lack of a final judgment since the claim against one defendant was still pending.
Appeal is dismissed.
