Appellate Practice : Criminal Case – Finality Of Judgment

Where an underlying criminal case was still pending and the state stated that the trial court had found the information to be insufficient but the court never made such a finding and the defendant never alleged in post-trial motions that the amended information was insufficient, the case was not finalized and there was no final judgment to support an appeal.

Appeal is dismissed.
