Criminal Law : Search Warrant – Exclusionary Rule – Good Faith

Where officers seized evidence such as BB guns and a video tape not covered by a search warrant and the warrant was invalid, the officers did not properly execute the warrant by seizing items outside the scope of the warrant, so the good-faith exception did not apply and the trial court properly used the exclusionary rule to suppress the evidence.

Judgment is affirmed.
