Legal Aid’s St. Joseph office to move

Listen to this articleLegal Aid of Western Missouri’s office in St. Joseph will be closed in the last half of November while it moves to a new location.
The organization said in a Nov. 17 press release that it is moving to 706 Felix St., around the corner from its current location. The office will be closed from November 17-28 for the move and Thanksgiving holiday. The new office opens Dec. 1.
“We are very excited to move into this new location. The new office is ground level and ADA compliant so it is fully accessible to our clients with mobility issues. The office space has just been remodeled and we are thrilled to be part of the downtown revival,” managing attorney Doug Tschauder said.
The mailing address and phone numbers will not change.
