Real Property : Trustees’ Filing – Notice Of Appeal – Unauthorized Practice

Where two trustees filed a notice of appeal as trustees on behalf of the trust in a dispute over redevelopment of trust property, the trustees engaged in the unauthorized practice of law, so the appeal must be dismissed.
