Civil Practice : Mandamus Relief – State Legal Expense Fund – Satisfaction Of Judgment

Where appellant sought to satisfy a judgment from the state’s legal expense fund as the next friend for four minor children in a wrongful death case, dismissal of the petition for a writ of mandamus is affirmed because the judgment was not final for purposes of mandating payment from the fund.

Judgment is affirmed.
