Where a defendant who confined his 14-year-old son to a small, cold bathroom and severely restricted his food was convicted of felony child abuse, the food restriction resulted in malnourishment and a negative impact on the boy’s growth and development, and the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction despite the defendant’s acquittal on a child endangerment charge.
Judgment is affirmed.
