Criminal Law : Post-Conviction Relief – Effectiveness Of Counsel – Findings

Where a trial court applied an incorrect standard to determine prejudice to his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, the matter is remanded for application of the proper standard.

Judgment is reversed and remanded in part; affirmed in part.
