Where the state challenged a trial court’s reinstatement of a driver’s license in a drunk-driving case, the statute does not require the use of three standard solutions for each calibration check, so a maintenance check that used just one of the three standard simulator solutions was proper, and the reinstatement of the driver’s license is reversed.
Judgment is affirmed.
