Spencer Fane adds two associates in KC office

Spencer Fane Britt & Browne has added two attorneys to the firm’s litigation and trust and estate planning groups.

Andrea Anderson and Erik Rome join the firm’s Kansas City office as associates.

Anderson, who will practice in the litigation practice group, has experience representing businesses in corporate, real estate and construction-related disputes involving breaches of contract, commercial leases, mechanics’ liens and business-related torts. She has also represented insurance carriers and insureds in coverage disputes involving breach of contract, bad faith and vexatious refusal claims.

Rome joins Spencer Fane’s trust and estate planning group with almost three years’ experience in the legal industry. His practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, probate, estate and trust administration and business law.
