Administrative : Medicaid – Overpayment – Inadequate Documentation

Where a residential care facility that participated in Medicaid provided inadequate documentation of  personal care services that it billed to the state, the evidence showed that personal care aides signed all records on behalf of residents and that the facility violated several state regulations on documentation, so the Administrative Hearing Commission’s decision that the facility had been overpaid is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
