Where appellant sought a court-ordered foreclosure and sale of membership interests held by respondent in two Missouri limited liability companies, denial of the appellant’s request is affirmed because the appellate court finds on an issue of first impression that such a remedy is not authorized by Missouri case law or statute.
Judgment is affirmed.
