Civil Practice : Failure To State Claim – Failed Development – Conversion

Where investors who suffered losses when a golf course and residential development failed brought an action against the development’s principal lender and its officers, dismissal of 14 counts for failure to state a claim is affirmed, and summary judgment for the defendants on a conversion claim is affirmed because the defendants’ mere copying of bank records did not interfere with a property interest.
Judgment is affirmed.
